Brad earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He started his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), After several years of developing very small pieces of very large software applications for very large, primarily telecommunications clients, Brad founded his first company, FlatTop Technology. Through that venture, Brad discovered his passion for building custom, comprehensive software applications for small to mid-sized businesses.
Over a twelve year period, Brad has founded four separate technology companies and sold one of them. He has served a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit clients in a wide range of industries. He built the Case Manager application that manages the data for the core functions of Nurses for Newborns Foundation. That application has received praise from the Centers for Disease Control, the Deaconess Foundation, and numerous peer organizations for its ability to effectively measure and report outcomes and help Nurses for Newborns Foundation continue to effectively generate funding.
In addition to Nurses for Newborns Foundation, Brad has provided development services for not-for-profit businesses including Leave No Trace, Artpace San Antonio, and etown.
Brad now leads a team of custom application developers who share his passion for building great custom software solutions for businesses. They have a unique ability to combine desktop applications with web applications to build creative software solutions to meet difficult business challenges.
